Glasgow`s east end is rich in history and this is evident in the many splendid buildings that still remain in the area.
TWAG arranges many visits to places of historical interest and transport is usually provided for these trips.
Below are some of the TWAGs at the Doulton Fountain, the worlds largest terracotta fountain.
Beautifully restored and now in front of the Peoples Palace at the Glasgow Green.
The fountain was designed to commemorate Queen Victoria`s Golden Jubilee of 1887.
